Shipping policy

All our bags are lovingly handcrafted and made to order. Our aim is to make your order within 1 week, if it is likely to take longer than this we will notify you. Once dispatched from our premises delivery times are 1 - 3 working days within New Zealand and 5 - 20 working days everywhere else.

If you want insurance for the delivery you will need inform us and pay us for the insurance before delivery. If you have any special delivery instructions please set them out clearly when you place your order. If there is any delay in receiving your order please notify us immediately and we will assist you to locate the order.
